The Kitchen Classics range of prepared meals includes a range of
Soups – Kitchen Classics Premium Prepared Retail Chilled Fresh Soups is made up of
a range of 5 soups and an award winning Crosshaven Seafood Chowder.
These fresh
chilled soups come in 450ml pots that can be reheated in the microwave or emptied
into a saucepan to be reheated. The range includes – Chicken and Vegetable Soup,
Potato and Leek Soup, Tomato and Basil Soup, and our bestselling Classic Vegetable
Soup.
Snackpots – Kitchen Classics Snackpots or Meal Pots – Our range of 4 lines in our
Kitchen Classics Snackpot or Meal pot range is ideal for the ‘Grab and Go’ fridge in
retail outlets. These 4 snackpot lines are 400gm in size and packed in a microwavable
pot with a lid and are for lunch or a light snack style prepared meal.
The range
includes old favourites like Spaghetti Bolognese, Chicken Curry and Rice as well as
Cottage Pie in a pot, sitting alongside are new Korean Noodle. We have quality
snackpots to suit all tastes.
Tray Meals - Kitchen Classic tray readymade meals are available in 2 sizes, individual
portions of 400gm and twin portion packs of 800gm.

rechicken,eals see old favourites such as our Kitchen Classics homemade beef
lasagne made using freshly ground Irish beef , Beef and Guinness Pie topped with
mashed potato, and our new modern chicken , leek and chorizo pie topped with
fresh mashed Irish potato, other meals include our famous Crosshaven Seafood Pie
made with 3 types of fresh fish and with a recipe that includes Carrigan moss
seaweed that helps reduce the salt content while still giving you the flavour of the
Irish Atlantic.
Readymade Meals – The Kitchen Classic range of traditional readymade meals are
packed in trays that can be reheated in the microwave or the home oven. Our
Kitchen Classic readymade meals are 450gm in weight and made fresh to order for
our retailers.
The Kitchen Classic readymade range includes Hungarian Beef
Stroganoff with long grain rice as well as Irish Chicken in a pepper sauce with mashed
potato and seasonal vegetables.

that authentic, artisan style meals.

and microwave.
Sustainability - Kitchen Classics state of the art kitchen in Ballincollig, Cork is a proud
member of Bord Bia’s Origin Green program.
Our kitchen is a verified Gold Member
of the Origin Green program. We take our sustainability responsibilities seriously
and we continue to reduce our impact on the environment.
We also work with local
homeless charities in Cork in the provision of readymade meals to our partner
charities during the year.
Food Safety - There is no point having such high quality premium prepared meals
available unless they are made in a clean and safe environment.
With this in mind
Kitchen Classics meals are produced in a Grade A - BRC certified Kitchen. BRC is the
world’s leading body in the certification of the manufacture of prepared meals.
This
standard is verified and attained through rigorous product testing, safety and
traceability audits throughout the year with both in-house auditors and external 3rd
party auditors.
What We Do
We have recently launched 5 premium prepared ready meals in a chilled format to the Irish readymade meals market and a frozen format for the UK market.
